Directions: From East – LIE to Exit 36/Searingtown Rd. Merge onto Service Rd to 1st Right onto Searingtown, continue North crossing over 25A. Road name changes to Port Washington Blvd, continue North several miles to Left onto Harbor Rd (entrance to Village Club of Sands Point will be on the Right). Continue West on Harbor Rd, stay straight to get onto Mill Pond. Right onto Shore Rd, stay straight to Sands Point Rd, Left onto Barkers Point Rd, follow Barkers Point around curve and bear to the Right to get onto Plum Beach Point, bear to the right again to get to the Sale. ONE SIDE PARKING ONLY PLEASE!

 

From West – Northern Pkwy to Exit 27N/Shelter Rock Rd. Merge onto Shelter Rock to 1st Right onto South Service Rd to Left onto Searingtown Rd, continue North crossing over 25A. Road name changes to Port Washington Blvd, continue North several miles to Left onto Harbor Rd (entrance to Village Club of Sands Point will be on the Right). Continue West on Harbor Rd, stay straight to get onto Mill Pond.   • Do not come on to the property until the sales staff arrives and invites you to do so.
  • Please keep the sound down when waiting outside in front of the house.
  • Also, please do not block neighbor’s driveways.

How The Sign Up Works:

Signup sheet will be placed in a hot-pink bag by the mailbox. Do Not Remove. Signup begins at 7 a.m. on the morning of the sale. Early birds! You must be there to sign in. Spouses and friends cannot sign your name for you. Please do not sign in prior to 7 a.m. 

This signup system allows all of you to have a fair chance to be first in the door. Once we open the doors, no further sign up is necessary for those coming later. Its first come, first serve!
