  • Pick up is arranged by appointment. Please call 631-848-3038 to schedule pick up time. The pick up dates for this auction is currently scheduled for Friday, 1/27/23 and Sunday, 1/29/23.
  • Upon your arrival we will bring your items to you. Disassembly and moving of gym equipment is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Please bring bags, packing paper, blankets, hand trucks or dolly.
  • Please inspect all of your items prior to leaving the pick up site. You are agreeing that you have inspected your items and they are in satisfactory condition.
  • Shipping available through UPS. Call UPS at 516.741.6245 Monday thru Saturday after 11AM for a pricing quote. No furniture.
  • To prevent credit card fraud for fine jewelry and sterling purchases being shipped we will hold the items for one week prior to shipping.
  • Photo ID will be required at pickup for fine jewelry and sterling.


  • If you want a tax exempt status you must input your tax exempt information and certificate. You must click the “Tax Exempt Button” located directly under the “Upload Certificate Box” to receive the tax exempt status before bidding or for new bidders when you set up your account.
  • Please be aware many times there are multiple photos for each lot. Just click on the cover photo to open the file and see all the available photos and pertinent condition information.
  • The auction begins to close at 8:00 PM. Each auction lot will close 30 seconds apart which extends the auction ending for at least an hour and a half. If people are actively bidding on an item then that item will extend an extra five minutes each time a bid takes place. Please keep that in mind as you plan to bid.
  • Payments are by credit card and debit card only thru the Auction Ninja website. Please read directions on the Auction Ninja website carefully.
  • An email will be sent out to winning bidders with address information for pick up.
  • New bidders, please go to the Auction Ninja website and read the terms of service. That will enable you to have a good bidding experience and will answer your questions. Happy Bidding!

How The Sign Up Works:

Signup sheet will be placed in a hot-pink bag by the mail box. Do Not Remove. Signup begins at 7 a.m. on the morning of the sale. Early birds! You must be there to sign in. Spouses and friends cannot sign your name for you. Please do not sign in prior to 7 a.m. 

This signup system allows all of you to have a fair chance to be first in the door. Once we open the doors, no further sign up is necessary for those coming later. Its first come, first serve!
